What is the Open Education Conference?
The Open Education Conference is an annual convening for sharing and learning about open educational resources, open pedagogy, and open education. OpenEd21 was held on October 18-22, 2021 as a virtual event, bringing together more than 1800 participants from 60 countries and all 50 US states.
How do registered attendees access the conference recordings?
While the live conference has concluded, more than 200 recordings are available as embedded videos to logged-in attendees. Simply log into the same Sched account you used for the conference to view the videos anytime in the future. Videos are also accessible to the public.
How do I find my Sched password?
A Sched account is created for all registered attendees using the email address associated with your Eventbrite ticket. If you do not know your password, simply reset it.
Are sessions captioned?
Yes. All sessions were live captioned, and videos have captions. To discuss other accommodations or accessibility information for future conferences, please email contact@openeducationconference.org.
Is there a Code of Conduct?
Yes, the Code of Conduct is in effect in all conference spaces and applies to all participants, speakers, and team members.
