I am an Instructional Designer in the eLearning unit of the Centre for Excellence in Teaching and Learning. I have worked as an instructional designer for 20 years, and have worked with faculty enhancing their courses with technology, faculty teaching blended courses (combining face-to-face with online technologies) as well as with faculty teaching fully at a distance, using synchronous technologies (narrow-cast satellite, web-conferencing, audio-conferencing, tele-conferencing) and asynchronous technologies (like D2L). In my spare time, I enjoy photography, blogging, running, and kickboxing (so watch out!)
