James Glapa-Grossklag is the Dean of Educational Technology, Learning Resources, and Distance Learning at College of the Canyons (California, USA). He supports the 115 California Community Colleges implementing the Zero Textbook Cost Degree Program. James is past Board President of Open Education Global; the Community College Consortium for OER; and Directors of Educational Technology in California Higher Education. He served as an OER trainer for the US State Department, was Innovation Scholar in Residence at RMIT University in Melbourne, and was a member of the ICDE OER Advocacy Committee. He earned tenure as a Professor of History.
