As Open Education Librarian, Prof. Shaughnessy’s research focuses on the ethical dimensions of Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) access and ICT-literacy in education and library environments. She is delighted to work with educators to promote "Open" initiatives, and to participate in Open efforts that prize access, equity, community belonging, respect, and life-long learning.
