The Maricopa Community Colleges Maricopa Millions/ Open Maricopa continued to emphasize supporting faculty this past year in a variety of ways. This model that merges planned projects with just in time requests can help other institutions explore flexible models that allow for pivoting as needed.
Many of the support structures were fully developed through our planning process, however the Open Maricopa program was also open to supporting faculty ideas for OER professional development and content creation. Some of the ways faculty were supported include:
